British model and actress Jourdan Dunn started her modeling work in the late 2000s, walking on international runways. She was later featured in British Vogue and was instantly noticed. After walking the runway for famous brands like Louis Vuitton and Valentino, she became a regular in many international fashion shows. She has since graced the covers of Vogue Italia, American Vogue, British Vogue, Glamour, and Elle, among others.

She has also been featured in numerous campaigns for such companies as Burberry, Calvin Klein, Yves Saint Laurent, Michael Kors and many others. In the 2010s, she became the face of Maybelline New York. More recently, she appeared in the music video of Nicki Minaj’s song “Regret In Your Tears”. In addition, she hosts a cooking show called Well Dunn. She has also appeared in Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show more than once.

Being a model, Jourdan stays in shape by following a healthy diet plan. Sticking to a clean and a well-rounded diet not only helps her maintain her weight, it also helps her with her strength and energy, which is crucial as a model. In her interview with StyleCaster, she shared about her diet plan. For breakfast, she prefers “scrambled eggs, avocado with chili flakes, seeded brown toast and Matcha green tea.”

She has a protein-based diet for lunch, which means it’s usually fish or chicken with salads on the side. For dinner, she said she likes having something lighter like “vegetable and coconut curry”. She also likes to drink coconut water. Her snacks also consist of healthy food items like seaweed. Of course, she also has cravings and she admits fried chicken to be her greatest indulgence.
