In 2010, he made his film debut in Polish Bar. This was followed by performances in the films The Return of Joe Rich and Man of Steel. He later had recurring roles in The Chicago Code and Boss. As of 2012, he stars as Joe Cruz in the NBC series Chicago Fire where he’s part of the main cast. Minoso also plays the same role in Chicago P.D. and Chicago Med.
