Hollywood actor Jack Falahee debuted in an episode of the TV series Submissions Only in 2012. The following year, he had one-time roles in the TV shows The Carrie Diaries and Ironside, as well as appeared in the TV film Escape from Polygamy. At the same time, he also had his first movie role in the low-budget feature Hunter. He next had roles in the movies Rage, Blood and Circumstance, and Slider.

Back on television, he starred as Charlie McBride in the short-lived series Twisted. Falahee garnered mainstream recognition thanks to his role as Connor Walsh in the ABC series How to Get Away with Murder, which he has been playing since 2014. While on the show, the actor had also landed roles in some movies. This includes Blowtorch, Lily & Kat, Campus Code, Cardboard Boxer, and The Song of Sway Lake. His most recent work in the movies was in 2018’s We are Boats. Between 2016 and 2017, he also starred as Frank Stringfellow in the period medical drama Mercy Street.

The actor includes regular workouts as part of his lifestyle. He was already active growing up where he was on the swim team and played water polo. As for the Jack Falahee workout routine, the actor shared: “I get up and go on runs before going to set. On the weekends, I bike through Griffith Park. It’s pretty hilly where I live so I get decent workouts in. I’ve been a huge proponent of kettlebell workouts. High-intensity, high-volume, high-rep kettlebell flings. Dead lifts, too. So I have a few kettlebells at my house, but I’ll even bring them to set.”
