Hollywood star Ever Carradine had her career beginnings in the mid-1990s. She first appeared in the 1996 film Foxfire. That same year, she had her first TV role in an episode of Diagnosis: Murder. After one-time roles on such TV shows as The Sentinel, Tracey Takes On…, and Alright Already, she appeared in the 1999 film Lost and Found. Her first recurring role on the small screen was as Pepper on the sitcom Veronica’s Closet.

She later played Rosalie on Party of Five and Nina Bloom on the short-lived show Conrad Bloom. From 1999 to 2002, she became known for starring as Tiffany Porter on the ABC series Once and Again. She later played Kelly Ludlow on the drama series Commander in Chief, after which she played Heather Donnelly on Women’s Murder Club and Lexi Carter on Eureka. She next played Erika in 5 episodes of 24.

She was also active on the big screen around this time. She had performances in the films Ropewalk, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, Bubble Boy, Life Without Dick, My Boss’s Daughter, Dead & Breakfast, Lucky 13, and Constellation. She continued her acting career in the 2010s, first appearing as a guest star on TV. She then landed recurring role Sharon Beck on Major Crimes. Afterward, she had recurring roles on Shameless and Goliath. As of 2017, she plays Naomi Putnam on The Handmaid’s Tale. She also stars as Janet Stein on Runaways.

The actress stays in shape by sticking to a healthy diet. She stays away from processed foods and focuses on clean, whole foods instead. For protein, she prefers fish than meat. “I haven’t eaten red meat or pork since I was in the 6th grade. We eat a lot of fish around here,” said the actress. Her diet plan mainly consists of fruits and veggies. She loves apples, clementines, bananas, sliced turkey, and cheese, too.
