It was in 2012 that German beauty Evelyn Sharma started her acting career in Bollywood. Her debut was the Hindi film From Sydney with Love. This led her to star in many Hindi films. This includes Nautanki Saala, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Issaq, and Main Tera Hero. Continuing her prolific career in Bollywood, she starred in Kuch Kuch Locha Hai and Ishqedarriyaan. These were both released in 2015. She later made a special appearance in the Punjabi cinema with the movie Gaddar: The Traitor. This year, she appeared in a music video. She was also featured in the Bollywood films Jab Harry Met Sejal and Hindi Medium.

The actress maintains her health and fitness by sticking to a clean and an active lifestyle. This means she mostly eats nutritious foods and spends her time working out. Though she has great genes, Evelyn puts in more efforts to take care of herself. She does so not just to stay slim, but to also be beautiful inside out. Her focus is to practice balance in everything she does. She knows that diet and exercise are equally important when it comes to staying fit and healthy. She can’t just concentrate on just one because both are crucial.

In an interview, Evelyn got candid about her fitness routine, saying: “I do yoga almost every morning. I love swimming and hiking for cardio workouts because I find nature the best place to de-stress.” She focuses on maintaining her slim waist, too: “I like to have a small waistline, as I think a woman looks best with an hour-glass figure.” For those who want to live an active lifestyle to remain slender and healthy, her advice is: “Play the kind of sport you enjoy. Having fun while working out will bring in the benefits you desire.”
