Bollywood star Evelyn Sharma had her Hindi beginnings in the 2012 movie From Sydney with Love. For the next couple of years, she became prolific in her Bollywood career, acting in the films Issaq, Yaariyan, Main Tera Hero, Kuch Kuch Locha Hai, and Ishqedarriyaan. She had also starred in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, which gained her further fame. She next appeared in the Punjabi feature Gaddar: The Traitor. This year, she had special appearances in the Bollywood films Hindi Medium and Jab Harry Met Sejal. She also starred in the film Jack & Dil.

The 31-year-old actress stays in shape by practicing a healthy lifestyle. In an interview, she got candid of her eating habits. She said: “I start my day by drinking lots of water – it’s important to hydrate your body when you wake up. For breakfast, I have fruits and granola, and lunch is lots of veggies and salads. For dinner, I stick to a soup and sandwich. My diet changes according to the roles I play.”

She also avoids from those foods she knows to be bad for her. She said: “I stay away from oil and sugar. Luckily, I don’t have a sweet tooth and I am not fond of fried foods either.” As for her guilty pleasure or cheat food? She said: “A healthy diet has no cheat day. Dessert, once in a while, after a healthy meal keeps me motivated.” She also shares that eating healthy isn’t just good for her health, it also makes her more beautifully radiant. This is because proper nutrition also helps with skin health. She said: “Drinking loads of water and eating healthy are the secrets to my glowing skin. Natural products from the kitchen like yoghurt, cucumber and haldi are my potions for healthy skin.” With her amazing diet plan, it’s no wonder Evelyn looks like a goddess!
