Hollywood star Emma Caulfield got her career beginnings in the 1990s. She debuted on television with the show Burke’s Law. She next appeared on Renegade and Silk Stalkings. Her first notable role on the small screen was as Susan Keats on the popular show Beverly Hills, 90210, which she played from 1995 to 1996. Afterward, she played Lorraine Miller on the medical soap opera General Hospital. She gained wider recognition after landing the role of Anya Jenkins on the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She was part of the series from 1998 to 2003.

Following this, she starred in the TV films The Reality of Love and I Want to Marry Ryan Banks. She also made her cinematic debut in the movie Darkness Falls. She has since had roles in the independent films Bandwagon, A Valentine Carol, and TiMER. In the 2010s, she had a recurring role as Sasha on the show Gigantic, followed by her role as Emma Bradshaw on Life Unexpected. She later had notable guest appearances on such shows as Once Upon a Time, Supergirl, Leverage, Royal Pains, and Fear the Walking Dead, among others. Also in the 2010s, she had roles in the movies Back in the Day, Telling of the Shoes, and America Is Still the Place.

During her younger years, the actress didn’t really care much about following a certain diet. But there was also a period in her life where she lost weight without even sticking to any diet. Talking about it, she shared: “I’ve had some stressful events in my life and lost a lot of weight. I’m not consciously trying to lose weight, but I just started seeing a nutritionist.” In the present, the actress tries her best to stay as healthy as possible. For this reason, she makes sure that her meals consist of nutritious foods only such as lean proteins. She also incorporates fruits and veggies into her every meal.
