Hollywood star Emma Caulfield got her career beginnings in the 1990s. She debuted on television with the show Burke’s Law. She next appeared on Renegade and Silk Stalkings. During her younger years, the actress didn’t really care much about following a certain diet. But there was also a period in her life where she lost weight without even sticking to any diet. Talking about it, she shared: “I’ve had some stressful events in my life and lost a lot of weight. I’m not consciously trying to lose weight, but I just started seeing a nutritionist.” In the present, the actress tries her best to stay as healthy as possible. For this reason, she makes sure that her meals consist of nutritious foods only such as lean proteins. She also incorporates fruits and veggies into her every meal.
