Elsa Pataky is a Spanish model and actress. She started her acting career in the late 1990s. Her debut was in the Spanish show Al salir de clase where she had a starring role. She next starred in the show La vida en el aire. In the 2000s, she starred in the series Queen of Swords. She also appeared in the Spanish films Don’t Tempt Me, Beyond Re-Animator, and Romasanta: The Werewolf Hunt. In 2005, she starred as the lead in the Spanish feature Ninette.

Following this, she made her Hollywood debut appearing in the film Snakes on a Plane. She later starred in the Italian films Manual of Love 2 and Giallo. In the 2010s, she became known in the US for her role as Elena Neves in Fast Five. She reprised her role in the sequels Fast & Furious 6, Furious 7, and The Fate of the Furious. Her latest role was in the American drama film 12 Strong.

The Spanish beauty is already in her 40s and is also a mother of three, but it is apparent that she still has a fabulous figure. Of course, that takes a lot of discipline on her side. This is ’cause aside from working out on a regular basis, the actress and model also makes sure she only focuses on nutritional foods. In the morning, Chris Hemsworth’s wife already begins her day right by getting herself some nutritious breakfast. What does she have?

She revealed: “An apple, a carrot, some celery with the green leaves, a lemon without the peel. Once it’s done, you add a few teaspoons of olive oil.” According to her, this is her recipe of her and her husband’s favorite green juice that gets them energized every morning. For lunch and dinner, it’s something that’s rich in protein and she always incorporates fruits and veggies into all her meals.
