Biography:

Edward Furlong was born on August 2, 1977 in Glendale, California, United States. He came to prominence as a child star, first gaining mainstream attention for his role as John Connor in Terminator 2: Judgment Day in 1991.

The following year, he gained critical acclaim for his performance in American Heart opposite Jeff Bridges. He then received a Saturn Award nomination for his work in Pet Sematary Two.

In 1993, he won a Young Artist Award for his performance in the feature A Home of Our Own alongside Kathy Bates. He continued to gain positive nods for other works in film such as in Pecker and American History X.
