Biography:

Drashti Dhami was born on January 10, 1985 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She began her career with appearances in music videos for “Saiyan Dil Mein Aana Re” and “Nachle Soniye Tu”.

In 2007, she got her first television role as Dr. Muskaan Chadda in the series Dill Mill Gayye. She has since appeared in other TV shows, including Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon and Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha.

She became the winner of the sixth season of the Indian reality dance show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. She was then placed at Eastern Eye’s 12th on its list of World’s Sexiest Asian Woman for 2012.
