Hollywood celebrity Cassie Scerbo began her acting career in the mid 2000s. Her first significant work was on the TV show Dance Revolution. She then starred as Brooke in the direct-to-video movie Bring It On: In It to Win It. Afterwards, she appeared as Tiffany in the movie Soccer Mom. She became further known for starring as Lauren Tanner on the TV series Make It or Break It. The show aired on ABC Family for three seasons, gaining her wider recognition. She had also starred on the TV movie Teen Spirit. She went on to also work as a voice artist for the show Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja. She’s also known for her role as Nova in the Syfy TV movie Sharknado and its sequels.

The 27-year-old actress maintains her slim and healthy figure by opting nutritious food most of the time. Though she has her cravings, she only has them every now and then. She also makes sure she eats them in moderation. But she actually enjoys having a healthy, well-rounded diet. She loves feeling good and health from the inside out. Her healthy eating habits starts early, making sure she eats a healthy breakfast. Throughout the day, she makes sure she focuses on having lean protein, whole grains, fiber-rich foods, and of course, fruits and veggies.

In an interview, she said: “Breakfast is my favorite way to start off the day. This is usually what I order every morning on set: egg whites scrambled with broccoli and a side of well-done turkey bacon. Sometimes I add a bit of feta cheese.” She also shared her love of Italian dishes. She said: “Being that I’m Italian, I love Italian salads and this is a great meal that I can enjoy as lunch or dinner. This one consists of garbanzo beans (my favorite!), sundried tomatoes, shredded mozzarella, chopped olives and balsamic vinaigrette. To add some protein, I usually add chopped up grilled or blackened chicken.”
