Carmen Electra

Hollywood star Carmen Electra started her acting career in the mid-1990s. During her early years, she made guest appearances in a couple of shows. She later gained mainstream recognition for her role as Lani McKenzie in Baywatch from 1997 to 1998. She next played Sarah Hicks in the series Hyperion Bay. During this period, she also had roles in the films American Vampire, Good Burger, Starstruck, and The Chosen One: Legend of the Raven.

She became further known when she starred in the 2000 film Scary Movie. She went on to have notable roles in the films Starsky & Hutch, Max Havoc: Curse of the Dragon, Cheaper by the Dozen 2, Date Movie, and Scary Movie 4. She also appeared as herself in the reality show ‘Til Death Do Us Part: Carmen and Dave. Since 2008, she’s been the host of the show ChartBlast for MTV Italy.

The 45-year-old actress maintains her health and fitness by eating well. In an interview, she talked about her daily diet. She said: “I wake up and have a smoothie with strawberries, acai, protein, spinach, wheat grass, goji berries and many other fruits, vegetables, and superfoods. For lunch and dinner, protein and vegetables, salads, or sushi is what gets me through the day. Some days, I eat whatever I want as long as I’m exercising enough.”

Just like anyone else, Carmen also finds it hard to control her indulgences. In her case, she loves sweets so much that it’s tough for her to avoid it. She revealed: “My biggest struggle is my cravings for sweets, but I’ve learned to take it easy on myself and get the cravings out of the way so I don’t obsess over them. My ultimate goal is to eat healthy all week and have Sunday as my cheat day where I can eat as much as I want and whatever I want.”
