Autumn Reeser

Hollywood star Autumn Reeser made her screen debut guest starring in an episode of Star Trek: Voyager in 2001. The following year, she portrayed Marcia Brady on the TV movie The Brady Bunch in the White House. She next made her cinematic debut with a small role in the movie The Girl Next Door. Simultaneously, she had notable roles on the TV shows Grounded for Life and Undressed. She then portrayed Angela on the TV series Complete Savages. She next became known for her role as Taylor Townsend on The O.C.. She continued her prolific career on TV, playing notable roles on Valentine, Raising the Bar, and Entourage. In the 2010s, she starred as Katie Andrews on No Ordinary Family, Dr. Gabrielle Asanoon Hawaii Five-0, and Kylie Sinclair on Last Resort. She also starred as Abigail Bruce on Necessary Roughness.

The 37-year-old actress maintains her slender and healthy body by following a healthy diet plan. At least she tries to most of the time. Being a mother of two kids, she believes it’s important to set an example so she eats mostly healthy foods to teach her children to do the same. This is despite the fact that she doesn’t like planning meals or preparing them. In an interview, she said: “I hate meal planning so much! I really wish it could just disappear from my life, but it’s also important to me to teach my son healthy food habits, so I force myself to do it.”

More recently, she’s more sincere in her healthy habits. She knows she has to be cautious of what she puts in her body all the time, especially because she’s not getting any younger. In a recent interview, she said: “I eat pretty healthy to begin with too. I’ve been in dance for a really long time so I just eat healthy. I eat lots of vegetables, I eat lots of protein, and I’m not a big sweets person.”
