Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty had her career beginnings in the 2015 film Hero. For her debut, she garnered much attention. She received Best Female Debut nominations at Filmfare Awards, Producers Guild Film Awards, and Screen Awards. She also received the same nomination at the International Indian Film Academy Awards.

Meanwhile, she won the Face To Watch Out For Award at the Vogue Beauty Awards. The actress was also nominated at the Stardust Awards for Superstar of Tomorrow (Female). Her next role was in the 2017 romantic comedy Mubarakan. After this, she had an item number in the Hindi film Nawabzaade. Shetty continued her work in Bollywood, recently starring in the 2019 feature film Motichoor Chaknachoor.

In her social media posts, Athiya Shetty displays her love for healthy foods. She acknowledges the importance of proper nutrition as a part of her healthy lifestyle. For this reason, she rarely indulges in processed meals and sugary and/or salty treats. Shetty starts her day right with a hearty breakfast. One of her go-to breakfast meals is a mix of berries with granola. This gives her energy throughout the day.

Sometimes, she fixes up some multi-grain bread, mashed avocados, cherry tomatoes, and poached eggs as another breakfast alternative. After working out in the morning, she also snacks on something nutritious: a smoothie that consists of yogurt, fruits, and toppings like nuts and coconuts. Wanting to increase her consumption of fruits, the actress drinks fresh juice to re-energize her. Some of her favourite fruits for juicing are oranges, berries, sweet lime and pomegranate. For lunch and dinner, it’s usually fish or chicken with plenty of veggies on the side. She also prefers coconut water than sugary beverages.
