Annie Parisse

Hollywood actress Annie Parisse had her career beginnings in the late 1990s. She debuted on television as Julia Snyder in the soap opera As the World Turns, which she played from 1998 to 2003. At the same time, she made her first movie role in 1999’s On the Q.T. In the 2000s, she had guest roles in the TV shows Big Apple, Third Watch, and Law & Order. She next played Jeannie Ashcroft in the romantic comedy How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, as well as played Agent Dawes in the action-adventure film National Treasure.

She went on to have supporting roles in the movies Monster-in-Law, Prime, Blackbird, and What Just Happened. Her next roles were in Definitely, Maybe and Tickling Leo. She also became known for her role as Alexandra Borgia on the NBC series Law & Order. Later in 2010, she played Andy in the short-lived series Rubicon. Parisse went on to play Kara Stanton in Person of Interest and Debra Parker in The Following.

In 2016, she played Andrea Zito in the HBO series Vinyl. From 2017 to 2019, she starred as Sam Delmonico in the Netflix series Friends from College. She recently starred in the short-lived Hulu series The First. Back in the movies, she played Martha Connors in The Amazing Spider-Man but her scenes were deleted. Her latest movie role was in 2015’s Anesthesia.

The 44-year-old actress takes care of her overall health by eating healthily. Besides, at her age, it comes naturally for her body to crave for something nutritious. That’s why her current diet is mostly plant-based since she eats lots of fruits and veggies. She’s since cut down on red meat and gets her protein instead from fish or chicken or broccoli. When it comes to oatmeal or cereal, it has to be whole grains. Plus she satisfies her sweet tooth with dark chocolate and fruit shakes.
