Amy Poehler Workout Routine


American star Amy Poehler‘s comedic career began on Upright Citizens Brigade. This lead her to work on Saturday Night Live. Her being cast on the famous sketch comedy show, apparently, was her major break. While with Saturday Night Live, she had recurring roles on the TV shows Undeclared an Arrested Development. She went on to star in the film Baby Mama with Tina Fey. Her success on television widened thanks to her lead role on Parks and Recreation. Her work on the show had earned her awards and nominations. She recently starred on the TV series Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp. She starred alongside Tina Fey again in the film Sisters.

Award-winning comedic actress may not be the slimmest in Hollywood, but she sure looks healthy and glowing. To have a great overall well-being is what counts, that’s according to the actress. She doesn’t get pressured with the physical standards in Hollywood. She continues her work by being smart, funny and confident. Meanwhile, the actress is not really vocal about her diet plans or workout routines. She doesn’t feel the need to share such personal details to the public.

But she’s very supportive when it comes to loving your own body. In the subject of body image, Amy has this advice: “The earlier you learn that you should focus on what you have, and not obsess about what you don’t have, the happier you will be. You really will be happier in life if you let go of the things you will never have.” She added: “When things get dark and when you feel really crappy about your body or about yourself … sometimes a good way to help yourself get out of it is to have some gratitude. Go around your body and thank it for what it gives you.”
