Biography:

Amala Paul was born on 26 October 1991 in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. She attended college where she studied Communicative English. In 2009, she made her acting debut in the Malayalam film Neelathamara. The following year, she had her first Tamil role in Veerasekaran. She has since starred in many other Tamil movies. She also ventured into Telugu cinema with 2011’s Bejawada.

Her other Telugu role was in Love Failure. Paul has also starred in the Malayalam films Akasathinte Niram, Run Baby Run, and Oru Indian Pranayakatha. Starring in dozens of Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu films, the actress is prominent in the South Indian film industry. In 2017, she made her Kannada debut in Hebbuli. She went on to star in the acclaimed Tamil film Ratsasan.
