Biography:

Cassi Thomson was born on August 14, 1993 in Queensland, Australia. It was in 2006 that she began her career by landing a guest role in a few well-known shows like Without a Trace, House and ER. In the next few years, she focused on building a musical career with her first music video for the song “Caught Up In You” finished in 2008.

She then got her break on television in 2009 after being cast as Cara Lynn Walker in the HBO series Big Love, which gained her significant notice with the series being critically acclaimed. After her role the show has ended in 2011, she appeared in other shows like CSI: Miami and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation before securing the role of Nikki Papagus Kennish in Switched at Birth, playing said character from 2012 to 2014.
