Biography:

Yin Chang was born on 23 April 1989 in New York City, New York. In 2006, she started her professional acting career when she landed her first acting gig. It was a guest appearance in an episode of Six Degrees. She next acted in the short films Lawrence and Paper Girl. At the same time, she also landed one-episode roles in the shows Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Law & Order: Criminal Intent.

In 2008, she had her first notable role on television. This was as Nelly Yuki in the popular series Gossip Girl. From 2008 to 2009, she appeared in a total of 18 episodes, returning in 2012 for its finale. In 2011, she made her cinematic debut in the movie Prom. That same year, she starred in the Lifetime television film The Bling Ring portraying Natalie Kim.
