William H. Macy:
William H. Macy is an American actor. His Hollywood career started in the late 1970s on television. The following decade, he’s had roles in the films Foolin’ Around and House of Games, among others. In the ’90s, he appeared in the movies Homicide, Murder in the First, and Being Human. He later became known for his performances in the movies Fargo, Ghosts of Mississippi, Air Force One, Boogie Nights, Pleasantville, and Psycho. He also became known for playing Dr. David Morgenstern in the series ER. He went on to star as Leo Lionheart in the short-lived series The Lionhearts. In the 2000s, he had notable works in the shows Sports Night, Out of Order, and Curious George. From 2011, he’s been playing the lead role Frank Gallagher in the Showtime series Shameless. For his role here, he’s earned Emmy and Golden nominations for Best Actor.
