Biography:

Sophia Myles was born on March 18, 1980 in London, England. At the age of 16, she starred in a school production of “Teachers”. Oscar-winning writer Gosford Park saw her performance and she was subsequently cast in the BBC production The Prince and the Pauper.

Before heading to school to study philosophy in Cambridge University, she was cast as Agnes Fleming in Oliver Twist. She eventually dropped out to pursue acting.

In 2003, she landed a supporting role in Underworld and was cast as the female lead in the 2006 romantic drama Tristan and Isolde.
