Indian star Shruti Haasan has established herself as a prolific actress in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu cinemas. She first appeared in a film in 2000 that was directed and produced by his father. Many years later she pursued a career for real and made her Bollywood debut in Luck. This was released in 2009. Her breakthrough came two years later with the Telugu feature Anaganaga O Dheerudu. She next starred in the movie Oh My Friend and made her Tamil debut in 7aum Arivu in the early 2010s. She eventually succeeded in many Telugu and Tamil features, cementing her name as one of the top actresses in these areas. Apart from her work in Telugu and Tamil cinema, she has also built an active career in Bollywood. Some of the Hindi films that she starred in were Ramaiya Vastavaiya and Gabbar Is Back, both being commercially successful.

The Indian actress is now in her 30s, but she looks youthful as ever. All these years she has also managed to maintain her svelte figure. This is because Shruti takes care of herself through healthy living. This means she works out regularly and eats mostly nutritious foods. She understands the importance of nutritional eating to maintain not only her sexy figure, but also her overall health and wellness.

For one, she does not believe in crash dieting in order to lose weight. She pretty much listens to what her body needs and responds accordingly. Skipping a breakfast is a no-no and she makes sure her diet always includes fruits. Though she also hires nutritionists or dieticians to help her, she mostly listens and understands to what her body is saying. For breakfast, she typically has an egg with muesli and fruits or idli. For lunch, she typically has pasta or rice with salad. For dinner, she eats a non-veg item, dal or soup and some salad. She doesn’t eat rice at night. She also snacks fruits during nighttime.
