Biography:

Robert Pattinson was born on May 13, 1986 in Barnes, London, England. He got involved in amateur theatre at the Barnes Theatre Company.

He first had a supporting role in the made-for-television film Ring of the Nibelungs in 2004. In 2005, he was cast as Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

He made his breakthrough in 2008 when he landed the role of Edward Cullen in the film Twilight. He reprised his role in the film’s sequels: The Twilight Saga: New Moon, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn parts 1 and 2.
