Biography:

Reid Ewing was born on November 7, 1988 in Florida, United States. He attended School for Film and Television in New York before relocating to Los Angeles to pursue acting. In 2008, he made his acting debut in the independent film Sunday! Sunday! Sunday!. The following year, he began playing the role of Dylan Marshall in Modern Family.

He was a recurring character from seasons 1-5, and continuing to appear on the show in the seventh and tenth season. Other seasons in between he appeared as a guest star. He finally became a main cast member during the show’s final eleventh season. Ewing is also know for his roles as Charlie Plunk in Zeke and Luther and Derek in Good Luck Charlie. In the movies, he’s had performances in The Truth Below, Fright Night, 10 Rules for Sleeping Around, Crush, and Mall.
