Biography:

Reema Sen was born on October 29, 1981 in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. She finished high school from St. Thomas Girls School in Khidderpore, Kolkatta. Following her graduation, she moved to Mumbai with her family.

She started her career as a model, appearing in various advertisements. She then ventured into acting with her debut in the 2000 blockbuster Telugu film Chitram. That same year, she starred in the Tamil feature Minnale, for which she won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut.

In 2001, she made her debut in Bollywood with Hum Ho Gaye Aapke. The following year, she was nominated for a Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress for her work in the Tamil movie Dhool.
