Biography:

Piaa Bajpai was born on December 22, 1989 in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, India. She moved to Delhi at the age of 16 to pursue a computer course while also aspiring to obtain a break in films.

She then became a model, appearing in various print ads, commercials and music videos. In 2008, she made her film debut with the Tamil feature Poi Solla Porom. That same year, she starred as Pooja in Aegan.

She went on to make her debut in Telugu cinema with the 2009 movie Ninnu Kalisaka. She gained wider fame in 2011 after starring in the Tamil movie Ko, for which she was nominated for a Vijay Award for Best Supporting Actress.
