Biography:

Nivedita Bhattacharya was born on July 21, 1970 in India. She graduated from I.T. College in Lucknow and began performing in theatre productions there. She first became known for her portrayal of Jiji in the Zee TV soap opera Saat Phere.

She also gained recognition as Aarti in the TV serial Kundali. In 2010, she gained praise for her portrayal of the antagonist Bhauji in the Imagine TV series Gunahon Ka Devta.

She also starred in Anurag Kashyap’s short film Last Train to Mahakali along with her husband actor Kay Kay Menon. In 2012, she played the role of Nafisa Hasan in the TV show Sajda Tere Pyaar Mein.
