Matt Lanter works out and he does it so well. But his workout routine isn’t the only one to be credited for his fit body. The actor also tries to go for healthier choices. “As far as diet, I don’t really have a set diet. I just try to make smart choices such as no soda, xylitol in coffee as opposed to sugar. I try to stay away from sugary juices,” said the actor. “I will usually have some type of fish 2-3 times a week and my wife and I like to cook a whole chicken either in the crock pot or Instapot once a week. I love a good clean lemon pepper chicken with some barley on the side.”
