Bollywood star Kiara Advani had her career beginnings in 2014 where she debuted in the Hindi comedy film Fugly. Two years later, she appeared in the Hindi film M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, earning her further recognition. She went on to play the female lead in the romantic thriller film Machine. In 2018, she starred in Karan Johar’s segment in the Netflix anthology film Lust Stories.

That same year, she made her Telugu debut in the film Bharat Ane Nenu. She continued her work in the Telugu cinema with the 2019 movie Vinaya Vidheya Rama. Advani went on to have performances in the Bollywood films Kalank and Kabir Singh. The actress will have several upcoming films in 2020. In addition, she had also appeared in the music video of Yo Yo Honey Singh’s single “Urvashi”.

Kiara Advani maintains a healthy figure by being conscious of what she eats. While she exercises on a regular basis, she also acknowledges the importance of proper nutrition. That’s why she’s since cut down on sugar and carbs. She rarely has processed foods and when she does, she makes sure she doesn’t eat too much. The actress starts her day right with a cup of warm water with lemon. This helps her gain the energy she needs to start her day productively.

Then she has a nutritious breakfast, which usually is just a bowl of oatmeal with fruits like apples and strawberries. She also eats apples and peanut butter as her pre-workout snacks. For lunch and dinner, the actress prefers homecooked meals that typically consist of bread, veggies, and fish. Some of her favourite veggies are spinach, pumpkin, and sprouts while she usually eats fish like salmon and sushi.
