The 45-year-old, mother of three is able to maintain her slender figure and toned body thanks to her vigorous workout routine. Her trainer said the actress prefers doing her workout routine at home rather than at the gym. This way, she’s able to still spend time with her kids. Her trainer said they begin their exercise regimen early in the morning as this is the way the actress prefers. She begins her routine with a warm-up, mixing stretches and basic yoga movements.

Warm-ups are crucial, not only because they help to up your heart rate, but also because it helps avoid injury. Even after 10 minutes of cardio the body already starts to eliminate fat. So, when Jennifer begins her training, her body is already in the fat-torching state. After the warm-up exercises, she proceeds to focusing on circuit training, with three total circuits. Jennifer also said in an interview: “I start my day with Valerie Waters every day that I can. We’re not in a fancy gym, we’re just in a room in my home. We use 5 to 8 pounds weights, and do a little cardio. I try to go for a run when I can. I have different goals for myself at different times. Right now I really just want to feel great, so I’m trying to work out 4 to 5 times a week.”
