Jared Harris is a British actor who debuted in the 1989 film The Rachel Papers. In the 1990s, his list of film performances includes Far and Away and Dead Man. He later portrayed Andy Warhol in 1996’s I Shot Andy Warhol. On TV, he first became known for playing Dr. David Robert Jones in Fringe. Between 2009 and 2012, he shot to fame for his role as Lane Pryce in Mad Men. For his performance, he was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series. He next played Anderson Dawes in The Expanse and King George VI in The Crown. More recently, he starred as Valery Legasov in Chernobyl and Absalom Breakspear in Carnival Row.
