Biography:

Emilie de Ravin was born on December 27, 1981 in Mount Eliza, Victoria, Australia. She was accepted at the Australian Ballet School when she was 15. However, she dropped out of school after a year to take acting classes.

Her first starring role was in the 1999 fantasy drama BeastMaster. She flew to the US to audition for the role of Tess in the hit series Roswell. She got the role and relocated to California.

She is also best known for her role as Clare Littleton on the Emmy-award winning ABC series Lost.
