Indian actress Disha Patani recently started her career on the big screen. She actually started her journey in the entertainment industry when she was featured in a television ad for Cadbury. This got her noticed and from here she received offers to work in the movies. In 2015, she made her cinematic debut in the Telugu movie Loafer. She next appeared in the music video for the film Befikra. She later made her Bollywood debut in the movie M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story. This was released in 2016. With her performances in these films, she became a familiar face. She soon made her international debut when she starred in the Chinese film Kung Fu Yoga. In 2018, she will star in the film Baaghi 2.

The 25-year-old actress stays in shape by sticking to a healthy diet. She generally observes a clean lifestyle. She does so not only for the sake of beauty and appearance but also for her well-being. Plus, focusing on eating whole foods rather than processed ones help her increase her energy and even improve her mood. Eating the right food is also vital for her skin health. She admits that she was more careless about her eating habits when she was younger. But now that she’s older and she’s an actress, wants to stay as healthy and fit as possible.

In an interview, she was asked about her beauty mantra. She said: “I think diet plays an important role before any beauty and skincare regime. Taking care of what you eat and drinking lots of water throughout the day always come first.” Her diet plan basically consists of nutritious foods. She shared: “I like lots of greens on my plate and I snack on fruits. And not forget, drinking lots of water.”
