Biography:

Camila Mendes was born on June 29, 1994 in Virginia, U.S. to Brazilian parents. During her childhood, she moved many times from one place to another, though she stayed the longest in Florida. She had also lived in Brazil for a year. She attended New York University Tisch School of the Arts where she graduated in 2016.

Her first professional acting stint was on a television ad for IKEA. She was then signed to Creative Artists Agency based in Los Angeles. She successfully auditioned for the role of Veronica Lodge on The CW series Riverdale. She is part of the show’s main cast, which recently premiered this year.
