Biography:

Alison Sweeney was born on September 19, 1976 in Los Angeles, California. She began her career at the age of five when she was featured in a Kodak commercial. She later appeared in an episode of Tales from the Darkside.

She gained recognition among television viewers when she landed the role of Samantha “Sami” Brady in the longest-running soap Days of our Lives, a role she still plays up to now.

She has since appeared in other television programs including Family Man, Diagnosis Murder and Friends. As of 2007, she hosts the reality show The Biggest Loser.
