Hollywood actress Aisha Tyler had her beginnings in the mid-1990s. In the 2000s, she ventured into movies. During this period, she made notable performances in the films The Santa Clause 2 and its sequel and Never Die Alone. Her first notable role on the small screen was as Dr. Charlie Wheeler in the sitcom Friends. She has since played remarkable roles on television. This includes the roles of Mia Dickerson in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and Marianne Taylor in 24. She next starred as Andrea Marino in Ghost Whisperer. In the 2010s, she’s hosted many shows, including Whose Line Is It Anyway?. Since 2015, she plays the role of Dr. Tara Lewis in Criminal Minds.

The 47-year-old actress stays in shape by living a healthy life. She does so by making sure she focuses on eating a clean and a well-rounded diet. Aisha also revealed that she follows a paleo diet with some modifications to suit her needs and preferences. She said: “This means that for the most part, I avoid refined carbohydrates, grains, dairy and sugar. That said, I’m not super strict. I try to be as disciplined as I can during the week so that I can eat what I want on the weekends, which includes pasta, bread and other fun stuff.”

She also consumes healthy fats to keep her body healthy. She said: “I eat avocado every day, sometimes twice a day, as well as organic nuts every day. I also try to eat organic as much as possible.” To help her avoid munching on junk foods, she eats a full breakfast that’s loaded with protein. She explained: “There is so much sugary junk around television sets, and sugar is really my weakness, so anything that helps render me immune to the seductive powers of bear-shaped cookies and tiny candy bars, I’m in. I eat what looks like a feast at breakfast, but it pays off.”
