Emily Ratajkowski was born on June 7, 1991 in Westminster, London, England. At the age of 14, she was signed by Ford Models. She then studied at UCLA for a year before deciding to work as a full-time model.

From 2009 to 2010, she became known as an actress for her role as Tasha in the Nickelodeon television series iCarly. She then gained further notice after posing nude for the cover of Treats! Magazine. This led her to appear in high-profile music videos.

In 2013, she appeared in Robin Thicke’s controversial music video for the single “Blurred Lines”. It was followed with another music video appearance in Maroon 5’s “Love Somebody”.
