Zahn McClarnon is a Native American actor. His Hollywood career started in the early 1990s. He had his first notable role on Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. In 1994, he made his film debut in Silent Fall. He later made guest roles on Walker, Texas Ranger and Dangerous Minds. In the 2000s, his film career became more active, appearing in the feature films Skins, Momentum, Searchers 2.0, and Not Forgotten. During this period, he also made a lot of guest appearances on the small screen like in Into the West. More recently, he became known for his performances as Chief Mathias on Longmire, Hanzee Dent on Fargo, and Akecheta on Westworld.
