Indian actress Simone Singh had her career beginnings in the 1990s. She started acting on television, appearing on such shows as Swabhimaan, A Mouthful of Sky, and Sea Hawks. She later gained recognition for playing the lead character in the TV serial Heena. In 2001, she made her cinematic debut in the Bollywood film Ek Rishtaa: The Bond of Love.

That same year, she starred in the movie Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham… The rest of the 2000s saw her perform in several Hindi films. These include Haan Maine Bhi Pyaar Kiya, Sur – The Melody of Life, Being Cyrus, Marigold, Delhii Heights, Bhram, and Via Darjeeling. She also starred in the TV serial Aandhi. More recently, the actress had performances in the films Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas, Laal Kaptaan, and Love Aaj Kal.

Singh was praised for playing the antagonist in the TV thriller Ek Hasina Thi. For this, she won the Best Actress award at the Indian Television Academy Awards. As of 2019, she stars as Sneha Patel in the Prime Video series Four More Shots Please! She also starred in the romantic drama series Bahu Begum.

In an interview, Simone Singh shared some of her healthy habits. For starters, being healthy for her doesn’t mean she follows any strict diet plan. She eats whatever she feels like eating but she does mind the portion of the food she’s having.

“I don’t believe in following a strict diet regimen and eat what I feel like, but sensibly in a right proportion and I do maintain healthy balance between healthy and junk food,” said the actress.

She allows herself to indulge in her cravings, like burgers and pizza, every now and then too. She also makes it a point to eat vegetables and fruits everyday to take care of her skin and her overall wellness. She also shared that cucumber is her go-to vegetable.
