Biography:

Miranda Lambert was born on November 10, 1983 in Longview, Texas, U.S. She gained fame as she became a finalist in the 2003 season of Nashville Star, where she finished in third place. She later secured a deal with Epic Records.

In 2005, her debut album Kerosene was released with its first single “Me and Charlie Talking” The single was included in the Top 40 of the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, as well as the subsequent songs “Bring Me Down”, “Kerosene”, and “New Strings”.

She was then transferred to Columbia Records after Epic’s Nashville division closed. It was there that her second album, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, was released in 2007.
