Lakeith Stanfield is an American actor and rapper. He started his career in the early part of the 2010s where he debuted in the 2013 independent film Short Term 12. For his performance, he was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Male. He next portrayed Jimmie Lee Jackson in the historical drama film Selma. He became further known for his portrayal of Snoop Dogg in the movie Straight Outta Compton. Following this, he had roles in the movies Miles Ahead, Snowden, and Crown Heights. He later starred in the acclaimed horror film Get Out. As of 2016, he stars as Darius Epps on the FX series Atlanta.
