Biography:

Amrita Prakash was born on May 12, 1987 in Jaipur, India. Her acting career started in 2001 with her debut in the film Tum Bin. The following year, she was cast in the television series Fox Kids.

She then landed the role of Soni in the 2003 movie Koi Mere Dil Mein Hai. She has since starred in various motion pictures like Manjupoloru Penkutti, Vivah, Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi, We Are Family and Na Jaane Kabse.

She also went to have a prolific career on the small screen, making appearances in such shows as Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai, Kya Hadsaa Kya Haqeeqat, Hum Ne Li Hai- Shapath, Gumrah: End of Innocence and many others.
