Hollywood star Toni Trucks debuted in the 2001 short film Drive. A few years later, she landed the role of Terri on the television series Barbershop. This marked her TV debut with the series airing from 2005-2006. After this, she starred in the made-for-television film If You Lived Here, You’d Be Home Now, followed with a recurring role on the TV show All of Us. In 2007, she made her big screen debut in the movie Weapons. She next appeared as Tricia in the romantic comedy feature Music and Lyrics. She also had a role in the independent film Mr.

Art Critic. During this period, she had a couple of performances on TV films as well. She continued her career in the 2010s, guest starring in CSI: NY and House. She later played recurring character Cyndi Vega in Made in Jersey, as well as appeared as Anita Haskins in Franklin & Bash. She next played Deputy Sheriff Janelle Farris in two episodes of Grimm. In 2017, she began playing the role of Lisa Davis on the CBS series SEAL Team. She’s also had performances in the films What If…, N-Secure, The Cost of Heaven, Ruby Sparks, and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2. Her latest film was in 2014’s Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day.

The 38-year-old actress stays in shape by sticking to a healthy diet plan. She consciously makes the effort to focus on consuming clean, organic foods. As a result, she stays away from any processed foods. It’s not surprising, seeing her lean and toned physique. Of course, exercising is not enough to achieve a great body. Proper nutrition is even more important. With this in mind, Trucks chooses what she eats. As part of her daily diet plan, she typically has lean proteins in the form of fish or chicken, whole grains in oatmeal and cereal, and fruits and veggies for their fiber and other vitamins.
