Naomi Scott was born on May 6, 1993 in London, England. She started her career as a singer when she was discovered by British pop singer Kelle Bryan from the all-girl band Eternal.

She then transitioned into acting, making her first major role as Megan in the Disney Channel UK series Life Bites. In 2011, she landed the role of Maddy Shannon in the television series Terra Nova, followed by her role as Vanessa Velasquez in another TV show, By Any Means.

Her film work includes the Disney Channel Original Movie, Lemonade Mouth and the short film, Our Lady of Lourdes.
