Tyler Jacob Moore was born on October 15, 1982 in Urbana, IL, United States. He made his acting and screen debut as John Reeves in The Ranch.

He followed this with appearances in such television shows as 12 Miles of Bad Road, The Unit, Ghost Whisperer, NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service, NCIS: Los Angeles, and Criminal Minds, among others.

In 2008, he made his film debut as Marty in the comedy film An American Carol. He then continued appearing on television with roles in Drop Dead Diva and Necessary Roughness.

He is best known for his role as Tony Markovich in the series Shameless.
