Biography:

Sterling Knight was born on March 5, 1989 in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, U.S. He began acting by appearing in local stage productions. He made his screen debut with minor roles in such films as Calm and Career Day.

In 2006, he made his first television appearance as Brendan in the series Hi-Jinks. He has since appeared in other TV shows including Hannah Montana, The Closer, Out of Jimmy’s Head and Grey’s Anatomy.

He gained wider attention for his role as Alex O’Donnell in the film 17 Again. He also played the lead role of Ty Parker in Elle: A Modern Cinderella Tale.
