Biography:

Jeri Ryan was born Jeri Lynn Zimmermann on February 22, 1968 in Munich, West Germany. She grew up in the US and her family settled in Kentucky. After high school, he attended Northwestern University where she took Theatre. She joined the Miss America pageant in 1990 where she finished as 3rd runner-up. After college, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting.

She started her career in the early ’90s with guest appearances on Who’s the Boss? and The Flash, among others. She then appeared in 2 episodes of Matlock: The Fatal Seduction and Melrose Place. She next had a notable role on Dark Skies. Her break came when she landed the role of Seven of Nine on the TV series Star Trek: Voyager. Her next major role was as Ronnie Cookie on Boston Public. She has since starred on the TV shows Shark, Body of Proof, and recently appeared on Bosch.
