Biography:

Heather Hemmens was born on July 10, 1988 in Maine, U.S.. She pursued acting right after graduating from high school, leaving for Los Angeles to audition for roles on film and television. Her first acting gig was in the 2004 TV film Pop Rocks. Two years later, she landed a guest spot in an episode of CSI: NY, followed by CSI: Miami and Without a Trace.

In 2010, she gained recognition after landing a main part in Hellcats, playing Alice Verdura until 2011 when the show was cancelled. She then appeared as Ashley in the 2012 TV movie Rise of the Zombies. Since 2014, she has been starring as Marcie in If Loving You Is Wrong. She has also appeared in the films The Dukes of Hazzard and 3 Musketeers.
