Frankie Sandford was born on January 14, 1989 in Havering, London, England. She first came to prominence as a member of S Club Juniors an S Club 8.

She then became a member of the girl group The Saturdays, signed with Fascination Records and Polydor Records. The group has since become successful, releasing 16 singles so far. Thirteen of the singles have reached the Top 10 on the UK Singles Chart.

She also ventured into acting, appearing in several shows including Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, Something for the Weekend and Never Mind the Buzzcocks.
