Candace Kroslak was born on July 22, 1972 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. She is of Slovak descent. She made her screen debut in 1998, appearing in an episode of Wild On!.

She has since appeared in such television shows as CSI: Miami, What About Brian, Shark, Las Vegas, How I Met Your Mother and Scrubs.

In addition to her television roles, she has also appeared in the films, including Demonicus, Planet of the Apes, Soul Survivors, and the 2006 direct-to-video film American Pie Presents – The Naked Mile.
